Introducing a new menu at Sockeye City Grill. Expect more healthy, gluten free and vegan options at Sockeye. Spear-heading these amazing changes is Head Chef, Ben Herzberg. Along with his executive team: Andrew Tufts, Sous Chef, CJ Sven, Kitchen Supervisor and Zee Mir, Kitchen Supervisor – this culinary quartet have come up with some amazing dishes. On the Weekly Market Fresh Sheet this week, Ben has created an incredible Tuna Taco. Seared rare on the grill and served on a soft flour-tortilla with asian slaw cabbage, marinated red onion and lime wedges.
However, we kept our classics – like the Chicken Linguini in a savoury cream or tomato sauce or our Famous Hot Pot full of mussels, clams, fin fish, julienne vegetables, spinach with your choice of lemongrass or thai-curry broth.
